This page contains terms and conditions, a contract between the user and USMLE which covers: User access to the website; and how we make our training program available for you. Please note by using our website, you are indicating that you accept to be bound by these terms and conditions. Use of Content and Proprietary Rights All content and material are the property of the USMLE Trainer and protected by copyright laws. By using our Website you agree not to capture, copy, sell, distribute, publish, modify, adapt, edit, reproduce, or misuse the content of this website anywhere on the public site and should not be used for your commercial purpose.
User Content Joining our course allow you to share the content, such as homework, assignment, quizzes and exams results with your instructors and other users. All users are solely responsible for the information they create, edit, and share. User Content does not include purchasing material or course content offered for a limited period of time, or content shared with you during the course. As per the term and conditions, usage of such contents is governed by USMLE.
Course Content Purchase When you purchase a course, you will get complete access to the course content. USMLE grants you limited, exclusive access to view the content on our platform for which you have paid all required fees. Don’t share your login credential or resell the purchased content.
Content Lifetime Access USMLE gives lifetime access to the users who purchased the course. However, we reserve the right to restrict the access given to any of the course material and use of the content at any point of time whenever the user violates the terms and conditions of our website. The lifetime access restrictions do not apply to enrollment via Subscription Plans or live sessions and services associated with the course or other content you enroll in. The lifetime access to the course is not applicable for instructors.
User posting When you post comments, questions, reviews, and send suggestions or ideas for improvement, you're authorizing a USMLE trainer to use and share the content with anyone, distribute it and promote it on any platform or within a website. You can also waive any rights of privacy, publicity, and other rights of a similar nature applicable to all these uses, to the extent permissible under applicable law.
Course Terms and Conditions The following are the Terms and Conditions associated with the course and use of USMLE Trainer: Our Free courses may be changed to paid at the discretion of USMLE. In such case the course will remain free for users until the end of the current annual renewal and will not be any longer. There will be no refund of the course on early termination of paid add-on services. It is at the discretion of USLME as to whether a discount may be given on changed add-on service. USLME will have no liability for the lost data, tracking, or unavailability of site and courses. Messaging as part of our service shall not be used to intimidate, abuse, or insult learners and instructors. USLME trainer may suspend the user account without refund any amount, If it is found to be intimidating any other user on USLME, any user sending profanities. Fair usage of the USLME Trainer website is assumed, and where a user is causing a disproportionate draw on USLME then system may be suspended. Before accessing a course or doing a purchase you must agree to all the above General Terms and Conditions
Conduct of Use You are allowed to access the course content of this website for your personal and non-commercial use, we allow you to use without violation of copyright and other proprietary rights. Liability of USMLE Trainer This website may contain inaccurate or typographical errors in content. You are using this site content at your own risk. We reserve rights to change or update course content on the website and optimize a website for better service. USMLE Trainer has no obligation to monitor and track your use of this website or to retain the content of your session. USMLE does not guarantee the accuracy of information posted by users. It may take action to prevent the use of this website that may create liability to the USMLE Trainer.
USMLE Trainer Refund Policy
USMLE Trainer has a fair policy for refunds and transactions. The refund policy and procedures are mentioned below. The refund policy applies to both existing and prospective users. The refund policies will be regularly updated to ensure it is fair and equitable to all users. Users are strictly adhering to the refund policy and procedure before making any request for a refund.
For a refund pertaining to withdrawal due to non-delivery of course content, USMLE Trainer will notify the user by writing in the situation in any of the following:
a) The course content does not commence on the course commencement date;
b) USMLE decided to terminate the course before the commencement date;
c) When it does not complete the course by the course completion date;
d) When it terminates the course before the completion date;
e) When the user's requirement does not the course entry, set by the USMLE Trainer team
Within one or three working days, USMLE Trainer will inform the users in writing of the alternative course arrangement (if any). If a user decides to withdraw, we will process 100 percent of the course fees and any miscellaneous fees paid within seven working days from the day the user submits the request to withdraw.

How it Works The request will be sent to our payment gateway partner Razorpay, then they will initiate their refund process. After processing the request, the refund amount will be sent back to your bank account or credit card balance.
Payment Methods We accept all kinds of online payments. The refund will be processed to the same account number or UPI id or wallet used for the transaction. For example, If a credit card is used to purchase a course, the refund amount is pushed to the same credit card.
Processing Time When the payment was interrupted and failed due to technical reasons but money was debited, the refund will be initiated and processed depends upon the user’s bank. Here’s the time is taken to process a normal refund depends upon the payment mode used while making the transaction.
Course Fees and Payments When you sign up on our website, you are agreeing to buy the course and any associated taxes. On successful payment, the invoice or statement of the course will be sent in an electronic format, to the email id that you provided upon registration. The price of courses will be reflected in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated. While making the purchase your agreeing and authorizing us to charge your card for the payment.
If you paid for Unlimited access:
Refunds or cancellations can only be issued under the following circumstance: If you have requested it within the 3-5 days of a cooling period which begins on the day you paid for Unlimited access; If you have not completed or attempted to complete any of the tests; and If you have not received a participation Certification or course completion, it can whether digital or physical on the course. Once your USMLE Trainer team removed Unlimited access from your account, you will not be able to access course runs that you had access to before. This includes not being able to take part in any exam or to receive a digital or printed certificate. This is another thing you will not understand.
